Targa Menu XML is a new flash menu which is configured by it s external XML file, you can edit this configuration file with any text editor, your page visitors will only need to have macromedia flash player installed, this plug-in is installed on almost any web browser.
Targa Menu can drop down or pop up, it can have custom actions like most of the menus, background image and few more features. You can set menu direction (up/down), menu items speed and more. Commercial version of this menu will also have source file included but you can take advantage of all its features for free.
