How to Convert DIVX, DVD, MPEG4, MPEG2 to MPEG?

Current standards that exist include MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-3, and MPEG4. MPEG-1 is a standard for CD-ROM video and audio. MPEG-2 is a standard for full-screen, broadcast quality video. MPEG-4 is a standard for video telephony. Most of the time, MPEG refers to MPEG1 if there is no special instruction.
