Commodity Server is a powerful new technology
database for recording and presenting Historical Data. It comes
with a powerful multiuser database server and a client application
for end users. You can use Commodity Server for tracking power prices,
power amounts, stock prices, currency prices, economic volumes,
temperatures, precipitation and other weather data. Commodity Server
lets you create and manage portfolios out of anything. In addition,
you can capture your own historic data, chart it, make contracts
and portfolios out of it, and create web based presentations.
Commodity Server includes an integrated ETL capable of importing ASCII files of any kind from the server side at extreme speeds.
