How to convert PDF to JPGConvert PDF files to JPG images.A Portable Document Format (pdf) file is a self-contained cross-platform document. In plain language, it is a file that will look the same on the screen and in print, regardless of what kind of computer or printer someone is using and regardless of what software package was originally used to create it. Although they contain the complete formatting of the original document, including fonts and images, PDF files are highly compressed, allowing complex information to be downloaded efficiently.JPG is short for JPEG. JEPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) is a common image file format, particularly useful in efficient storage of pictures for delivery on web pages. Built into the JPEG file format is a compression scheme that maintains an inverse relationship between image quality and file size. What this means is that the content creator has the option of delivering high quality images that will take a virtual eternity to download, delivering compact files that contain little or no intelligible content, or anything in between. A graphic file format is developed by the Joint Photographic Experts Group. JPEG images have better picture quality than GIFs, but at the expense of larger file sizes. JPEG files have the extension .jpg. If you want to convert PDF files to JPG images, it is very easy to do this with PDF To Image Converter. The following is the step by step guide. Step.1 Download PDF To Image Converter here and install it. Step.2 Run PDF To Image Converter, and click the "Add" button and when the open file dialog appears, select the desired files which will be converted jpg files into the program list. You may choose multiple files, which will be added to the files list. You may choose files from one or several different directories. If you choose the wrong file(s) by mistake, they can be easily removed from the list. To do this, choose the file and click the "Remove" button. Step.3 The program allows saving images in the several formats - BMP, EMF, PNG, GIF, JPG, PCX, RAS, TIF, TGA and WMF. By default, it uses TIF. At this step, you need to use JPG, choose it in the drop down list. Step.4 In JPEG options, you can specify the compression quality. By default the quality is set to 75. Decrease the value to decrease the file size and, conversely, increase it for better quality. Step.5 Select the box "Page range", you can input page number into from and to text field to convert pages between these numbers. Step.6 Click the button "Browse" to select the destination folder you like. Notice the new JPG file names will be set by default corresponding to old PDF file names.
